Update to Infinity Blade III version 1.2.1. This update will resolve the issue for the majority of users. Players who have completed Deathless Mode may still encounter an issue where Act V does not appear. If this is happening to you, here are the steps to take so we can fix this issue for you:
1. Launch Infinity Blade III.
2. In the character customization screen, tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
3. Select “Options”
4. Ensure Cloud Save is enabled (the yellow box will be on to the right, “On” will be clearly visible)
5. Scroll to the bottom of the list and select “Help”
6. Select “Customer Support”
7. Select “Trouble progressing in game”
8. Enter your e-mail address and brief description of your issue.
